- Merchandise will be shipped as soon as the order has been processed and payment has cleared. If an item is out of stock we will make every effort to get your order out ASAP and will usually have our suppliers drop ship directly to you to speed the process.
- Free Delivery
- All domestic orders of $150 and above are shipped free. This does not include taxes and shipping costs. The shipping discount will be taken during checkout.
- International Orders
- Please be aware of all local customs regulations. Customs rules vary for each country and it is the responsibility of the customer to know your own local regulations. Sometimes items will be returned to us by our shippers for customs reasons in these cases we will refund your purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred in our attempts to fullfill your order. In most cases though customs officials will either trash or keep your order, in these cases Wooden Steel Will Not Refund your purchase price. We make every attempt to assist you with customs questions if you have any but again it is your responsibility to know your local laws.
- Custom Orders
- Our Custom Hand Crafted products are made to your order. Based on material availability, complexity of item ordered and current order load, there may be a 1 - 3 week time in addition to the shipping time for your final delivery. Status of your order will be communicated using e-mail during the order build time.

- Wooden Steel is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an E-mail requesting that offers to your e-mail address be discontinued.
Wooden Steel does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others for any reason. - Returns & Replacements
- New merchandise (not used, worn, altered or soiled) suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge. After 60 days, merchandise will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on clearance items. Custom Items or Deluxe Items may only be returned for exchange for same type merchandise within our Custom Item's one year warranty period. This warranty is void if merchandise has obviously been misused or excessively abused.
When returning merchandise, the customer needs to include Name, Address, Phone Number and E-mail, and Reason For Return. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.
